Chesterfield family took pride in raising lion cubs at home

Mrs. Bokkon and I always hoped that "T.C." had done his business before he climbed into the backseat of my mother's little white Falcon for the ride to Meadowbrook High School for the pep rally. When the rally ended I would drive them home. Fortunately we never had an accident!
On one return trip we detoured to the bank drivethru so Mrs. Bokkon could make a deposit. We wondered what the teller might say if she noticed there was a lion spawled across the backseat of her customer's car!
